To avoid heat issues with the PLX CPUs, a few of you have continued to run Tiger 10.4.9 in order to retain the use of CPU Director. I've done same not wanting to fry my PLX dual 1.6 CPU. Normally I don't use that Cube for browsing so I've never really payed attention but the other day I was surfing along and found common sites like Yahoo... that don't support the browser I am using (Safari 2.0.4). Looking on Apple's support site it appears to bump up to a newer version of Safari I would have to update to 10.4.11...

Running on the stock PSU. |
