POWERLOGIX SECURES FUNDING; SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT with OTHER WORLD COMPUTING

AUSTIN, Texas and WOODSTOCK, Ill. - December 15, 2004 - PowerLogix, designers of leading Macintosh upgrade products, today announced it has secured a secondary round of funding to assist with product development, production and marketing programs to expand sales of the PowerLogix product lines.

Additionally, PowerLogix also announced today it has signed a distribution agreement with Other World Computing of Woodstock, Illinois, the leading online reseller of Macintosh peripherals, whereby OWC will provide PowerLogix fulfillment and distribution services. Backed by OWC, PowerLogix' Technical Support and Warranty Services will be available through www.powerlogix.com/support.
